• Stating surfaces of parting line and direction
of mould bases, development of 3D models
and coordination them with the customer;
 
• Optimization of runner system by results of
computer technological analysis;
 
• Development of mould concept and coordination it with the customer;
 
• 3D mould designing;
 
• Applying the International design standards of DME & HASCO;
 
• Using the high quality steels of well-known producers such as UDDEHOLM,
ESCHMANN, BÖHLER. Using the standard components of DME, HASCO
etc;
 
• Using the hot-runner systems of famous producers: DME, HUSKY, INCOE etc.
